The Municipality of Subic successfully conducted the Pre-Marriage Orientation and Counseling 2026 for couples participating in the upcoming Kasalang Bayan. This meaningful activity aimed to guide future couples in building strong, responsible, and lasting relationships anchored in love, respect, and shared values. As emphasized in the program’s theme, “A successful marriage requires falling in love many times, always with the same person,” participants were encouraged to nurture commitment and understanding in their journey together.

The mass counseling became possible through the wholehearted support of Hon. Mayor Jon Khonghun, along with the continued dedication of Dr. Pamela Reyes Gatdula, the Local Civil Registry of Subic, and the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWD) led by Mam Roxanne Alcayaga. The collaboration of key individuals such as Sir Ritch Sitjar and Mam Maria Celia Artagame, together with the hardworking Barangay Population Workers (BPWs) of Subic, played a vital role in the success of the activity.

This initiative highlights the local government’s commitment to strengthening Filipino families through proper guidance and education before marriage.
